As I’ve said before, I think the finger-pointing when it comes to natural disasters is counter-productive (ethically and politically).
But there is a broader story here. It’s about inefficiency. It’s about the fact that sometimes the presidency is not best run as if it were a CEO position, but instead like it was a start-up run by a Red Bulled entrepreneur who cannot learn enough, know enough and consider enough when it comes to his or her company.
It might also be about honesty.
It’s certainly about loyalty.
But in the end, it was ultimately about water and wind.
