Screaming at India

Think it’s frustrating being on the customer end of a support call these days? Imagine what it’s like to be in an office in India, on the receiving end of those calls.

You’ve got your general anger and frustration with some racism, outsourcing digressions and flat-out tantrums thrown in.

Where does it leave us if the most common human interactions between the U.S. and India are these customer service calls?

Think about it. We’re screaming daily at the Indians. We’re sending Arnold and W to China. Are we putting our best international foot forward?

Concentration is important!
