Rocking Out of a Coma

According to the BBC, listening to a Green Day album somehow brought a nine year-old boy out of a coma.

Nine-year-old Corey George of Aberaman, Wales, had been in a coma and on life support for two weeks before his family played the “punk rock opera” for him. Within an hour of hearing the disc, George reportedly woke up and began moving his fingers and toes.

Unfortunately, his parents slipped into dementia by the time the second song came on.
