Judge Bans Gay Marriage Ban

A San Francisco Superior Court judge has rule that California’s ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional.

From Judge Richard Kramer: “It appears that no rational purpose exists for limiting marriage in this state to opposite-sex partners … The state’s protracted denial of equal protection cannot be justified simply because such constitutional violation has become traditional.”

For rationality and against baseless tradition in the same decision?

Pretty cool.

Concentration is important!
