A Jury of Peers?

Two former AOL execs have been named in a fraud indictment:

In the indictment, the executives are accused of inflating revenue and lying to investors about the true nature of the companies’ financial results.

The actions took place during the height of the boom.

Getting indicted for inflating revenues during the boom is the modern day equivalent of getting busted for snorting coke at Studio 54.
