Maybe. But maybe not.
You’d know for sure that the froth was back if a sitting president pitched for a company.
You’d know the froth was back if Clinton had given the speech in exchange for equity (he settled for a donation to a charitable foundation).
You’d know the froth was back if Clinton had been asked to give a speech for a dot com like this one.
