Red State or Bust

The Clinton Presidential Library sits alongside a river, enjoys excellent views, is built of steel and glass and comes complete with a metaphoric (if not slightly phallic) bridge to the 21st century. The museum section alone measures in at over 20,000 square feet and visitors can walk through a full scale replica of the Oval Office. The total cost of the Little Rock library was $165 million.

That’s about what it costs to buy a two-bedroom condo in San Francisco.

So it shouldn’t surprise anyone that about a quarter of all California residents have considered moving some place else. The numbers are especially high among younger people living in cities.

Concentration is important!
