John Kerry held a press conference in Florida on Tuesday. He again hit the President hard on Iraq. His comments can best be summed up by his line:

“The management of this war has been both arrogant, lacking in candor and incompetent. And we need to change the course.”

Kerry was more clear and a bit better during this appearance and television appearances with everyone from Letterman to Regis. But some of the answers are still a bit long and rambling. On the other hand, his messaging has improved greatly over the past week.
