SNL Walks the Tight (Velvet)Rope

You’ve been warned. Keep the kids away from the television after 11:30pm on Saturday night. Huddle with your loved ones. Prayer would be good. The producers of Saturday Night Live have refused to bow to pressure and will broadcast Janet Jackson’s appearance live, without any time delay. The last time SNL used a delay was when Andrew Dice Clay hosted (and as you might recall, he had lousy tits).

Who knows what will happen in this the most exciting and daring moment in recent broadcasting history. I only wish I could be a wardrobe-embedded journalist on the set.

Concentration is important!
