D.C. Shocker: Cheney Likes Fox

Cheney: “It’s easy to complain about the press — I’ve been doing it for a good part of my career. It’s part of what goes with a free society. What I do is try to focus upon those elements of the press that I think do an effective job and try to be accurate in their portrayal of events. For example, I end up spending a lot of time watching Fox News, because they’re more accurate in my experience, in those events that I’m personally involved in, than many of the other outlets.”

(By implication, I’d say the Veep is suggesting that Fox News is less accurate in covering those political stories in which he’s not personally involved. Oh wait, there are none of those.)

The End of Culture?

Hey, Menudo worked once before. So why can’t it work again?

The Donald Doll.

Lean With Envy

While I am a major fan, I often wish Ben Stiller would be a little more selective when it came to choosing projects. But no one can really blame anyone involved for being enthused about a comedy directed by Barry Levinson and starring Stiller, Jack Black, Rachel Weisz and Christopher Walken. But it looks like it didn’t quite work.

Pick Your Position

I guess positioning really is everything when it comes to marketing a product. I’m still trying to figure out who is getting the better deal from this product placement I noticed on Apple’s iTunes today.

Concentration is important!
