Sexed Up Docs, Chalabi and Videotape

Hans Blix: “I am not suggesting that Blair and Bush spoke in bad faith, but I am suggesting that it would not have taken much critical thinking on their own part or the part of their close advisers to prevent statements that misled the public.”

Sixty Minutes featured yet another interview with Ahmad Chalabi on Sunday night. There are just some people who make it so immediately and plainly clear that they are lying (This guy makes Joe Isuzu look like Abe Lincoln). Chalabi is one of those guys. I’ll believe a lot from this administration. But I just can’t accept that folks as smart at Rumsfeld, Rice, Powell, Cheney and Wolfowitz really believed a word this guy said.

Concentration is important!
